This small scale complex consists of 56 privately owned apartments. It has two large swimming pools and a separate children's pool, outside toilets and showers. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates.

We rent out a 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with sea view with 70m2 of terraces, divided over two floors and a 3-bedroom ground floor apartment with garden. Both apartments are situated on a corner.

All amenities within walking distance: bars, small supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlour.

The apartments have:

• Air conditioning/heating throughout

• One full bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wash stand, one with toilet and wash stand.

• Two bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twins.

• Fully equipped kitchen with:

  •  refrigerator/freezer

  • electric hob

  • coffee machine

  • electric kettle

  • toaster

•  Washing machine.

• Satellite television

• New: DVD-CD-MP3-DIVX player + a selection of films

Prices per week, changing day high season: Saturday

Additional costs: end cleaning € 75, (€ 85 3 bed), refundable damage deposit € 250

Other discounts: For a 3 week stay 10%, 4 weeks 15%, except in the months of July and August. Parties of 2 people get an additional 10% for these long term stays.
