  • Rental period minimum one week. Arrival after 4 p.m and departure before 10.00 a.m.
  • A refundable damage deposit in the amount of € 250 will be added to the rental sum.
  • A non-refundable booking deposit is 30% of the total rental amount and has to be paid into our account within 8 working days. After the deposit has been credited to our account the booking is confirmed. If not, we reserve the right to offer the rental property to other interested parties.
  • Balance needs to be paid at the latest 1 month prior to the arrival date. If this is not the case, reservation is considered cancelled and booking deposit will not be refunded, unless other arrangements were made at the time of booking.
  • End-cleaning amounts to € 75 (€ 80 for 3 bedroom apartment). Tenant is responsible for basic cleaning like washing dishes, cleaning the hot plate, throwing out garbage, etc.
  • Bedding is included in the price, all apartments have duvets.
  • Electricity and the use of air-conditioning/heating is included in the price, unless other arrangements were made at the time of booking.
  • Towels and tea-towels are available in the apartments, you will have to bring your own beach towels.
  • The rental of a foldable baby-bed including bedding is € 15 for the duration of your stay. For high chair rental we charge € 10 per stay.
  • Tenant(s) are obliged to treat the property, the inventory and the communal grounds with great care. Any damages will have to be paid by tenant(s).
  • Tenant (and his company) and his luggage (and that of his company) is not insured during the stay.
  • The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed what has been stated on the reservation form, unless we have given written permission. The client who books a villa or apartment for himself or (as well) for other occupants, is personally responsible for all others he announces.
  • The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.  Although a final clean is included in the rental we reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition (or leaves garbage behind). The Client also agrees not to act in any way, which would cause disturbances to those, resident in neighbouring properties.
  • In Southern European countries it is possible (more so than for example in England) that there are occasional cuts in power and water supply. Tenant cannot claim any damages with renter over this.
  • We strongly recommend our clients to take out a cancellation insurance policy, that will cover the costs of not being able to take your trip due to illness, etc.
  • From 2008 all our properties will be NON-SMOKING and we reserve the right to deduct € 100 from the deposit if this is ignored by tenants.
